One of the Ringer Series, Ringer 7 is an exploration of how the ring slides within the piece.  This is the only Ringer sculpture that has an incomplete ring and more than one penetration. Even though the ring will never slide through the hole, it looks as though it could possibly be taken apart and placed through one of the other holes.
